The Online Information System provides access into current customer and client status information. It is a true online system because the information on your system is continuously updated as transactions occur on your account. It is an open system designed to allow clients to quickly go to any screen while remaining a secure system. Only you have access to your information.

CIT Online Information System is a Web-to-Host Java-based access method. CIT has chosen this method as the preferred choice for clients’ access to our system. It was chosen to meet the diverse needs of our clients using industry proven software that is fast, reliable and easy to use.

Operating Systems supported include Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME and XP.

System and Security Requirements -

  • All connections to CIT Online System using the Java Control are made over standard Internet HTTP/HTTPS communications.
  • Users need Sun Microsystems J2RE v1.3 or higher installed and Java enabled within the browser.
  • The ability to install software and plug-ins.
  • The ability to run plug-ins within the browser.
  • The ability to store software to User’s Temp Directory.

Browser Requirements -
  • Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater and Java enabled
  • Netscape 4.5, 4.78 or 4.79 with Java enabled
  • Netscape 6.0 or greater with Java enabled
  • Mozilla Firefox 1.x or above with Java enabled
  • AOL 7.x or above with Java enabled
Notes -
  • Due to Netscape issues, versions 4.75-4.77 are not supported.
  • If you do not have a current Java Plug-in or you need assistance in removing Bluezone software please contact CIT Support.Services by phone or Email and we will assist you with the process.
  • All users on the CIT On-line system are reminded to type CESF LOGOFF to sign-off properly. From the Main Menu Press “F1” function key and at the blank screen enter CESF LOGOFF in the box.
Important Keys -

Reset – CTRL+ R 

New Line – CTRL+ Enter

Clear – CTRL + SHIFT + Z

BackTab – Shift + Tab

Tab – Tab Key

PrintScreen – CTRL + Shift + P
