Notice on Changes in Client Report Delivery
Over the past four years, CIT Commercial Services has been providing a growing number of our reports to our clients via the Client Internet Reporting system. During that time, we have accomplished several objectives:
Proved the capability to deliver reports quickly and accurately. Clients do not have to wait for the mail to have full access to reports.
Provided clients electronic access to the major CIT reports and notices.
Made reports available in Excel spreadsheet format where practical.
We have witnessed a dramatic expansion of Internet usage and capabilities in our clients and in substantially all businesses including CIT. Clients can view their reports from their business, their home and on the road. Many of our clients have found it unnecessary to make or retain printed copies of some of the reports that can be viewed on-line.
Based on the proven effectiveness of our electronic report delivery, our continuing efforts to provide services at competitive cost, and the satisfaction of clients that have minimized use of printed reports, we plan to change our client reporting procedures after the EOY closing on January 3rd, 2006. At that time, CIT's standard practice will be electronic delivery only of the available reports. Cash notices will continue to be printed and mailed along with the check and remittance copies. Please notify your Account Executive if it is critical for any report to be mailed to your business address. CIT may charge for mailed reports in the future. Also, notify your Account Executive if there are any reports that you no longer require.
Contact Client Support Services on any questions or assistance required in using the Client Internet Reporting system, Client On-line Information system or for electronic transfers of information.

CIT continues to invest in capabilities to enhance client service through expanding capabilities. We have begun the redesign of the Client On-line Information System to be a true Windows application. It will become graphical in the look and feel while intuitive in usage. Even after the rollout of this new system, we will continue support of the classical "green screen" application for those clients which prefer the speed and look of the current Client On-line Information System. We are also investigating imaging solutions to provide your checks and remittance to you electronically and to provide longer term on-line access to the reports distributed to you electronically.
Again, notify your Account Executive if it is critical for any report to continue to be mailed to your business address.
