We do not rent or sell our client list or mailing list to third parties.

CIT may share information with certain third parties in the conduct of its business and providing financial services, including: (i) in the course of providing any information, products or services which you may request, information may be provided to co-lenders, financial partners and third parties who work in conjunction with you or CIT (e.g. - third parties who provide assistance with bank accounts, issuance of letters of credit, and technology and systems services); (ii) any disclosure required by applicable law, regulatory agency, auditor, or court order or subpoena; (iii) information provided to reputable credit bureaus, information reporting agencies, financial institutions and merchants; and (iv) in conjunction with providing financial services on-line, we provide certain information to third party service providers and the hosts of web sites that provide our services to their users. Third parties will be advised of the need to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided to them pursuant their own confidentiality standards.

Removal from CIT Solicitations

If you are not a CIT client and you are on our mailing list or if you do not want information about the financial products and services CIT can provide to your company, you may want to discontinue receiving mail, e-mail or telephone solicitations from CIT. We respect your wishes and will remove you from our lists. Please send your name, company name, mailing address and phone number to CIT, 1211 Avenue of the Americas, 21J, New York, NY 10036. Please specify that you want to be removed from mail, e-mail or telephone solicitation and please allow up to 8 - 10 weeks for your request to be processed.

In the event you are removed from our lists, we still need to communicate with our clients on a regular basis to notify them of service and process improvements and modifications, or other issues that may affect their account.
